Hey Steven, I was like sick the whole weekend will starting from Thursday and then last night I drink alcohol.
I shouldn’t have, it doesn’t do me any favors that’s for sure
Just a bit of a background on me, I’m losing my mom from Alzheimer’s slowly but surely if that makes sense, and I’m a parent of a child that is ADHD and he’s 11 years old and I have ADHD I have PTSD and I have anxiety general anxiety disorder
I’m sorry it seems like you don’t want to respond, that’s OK
Oh my gosh never mind why do I even bother right thing?

Whatever dude
Best to friend someone and discuss what’s going on in private messaging. You’ve done the right thing reaching out. Hang in there. And don’t pick up. Works miracles not using. And remember, the past is past and can’t be changed. Only today and the future.
I don’t understand K. Bradford..
Never mind it’s cool no worries.
What’s going on? Have you been sober or on and off?
Anytime!
Hey hit up my dms anytime
Hey, Jennifer. My inbox is always open.
Hi Jennifer that’s must be a lot on your plate. I suffer from PTSD and i had anxiety in the past and turned to drugs and alcohol. And your right it don’t and will never help or fix any of your problems. What I can recommend is accept every thing thats is in your life. And just do your best dont try to fix anything cause you can’t learn to deal with your child. With your mom I’m very sorry I went through the same with my grand father. And I just did what I could I never tried to fix what was going on with him. We cared for him as best as we could. He past on Christmas. Do your best always look forward never back. Be proud you have the strength to do this. Not many can. Stay strong and you shouldn’t have alcohol in your home in the first place. Get rid of it.
You’re very correct. I think sometimes though I just lose sight of that can I’m in idiot

I tried to drink away the nightmares when my PTSD returned, which didn't really work. EMDR therapy did, and can, when you are ready. I wish I had been ready sooner to end my suffering, but in the end the timing was right and sobriety is golden. Hang in there another day!
