I will never have another hangover. I will never have a DUI. My kids love me. People respect me again and some for the first time. I've lost 40 pounds and my doctor no longer tells me I'm going to die sooner than later. It adds up.

Pain is to much to bare, tired of getting paycheck and only lasting for 3 hrs and I'm broke, tired of bills not being paid, tired of all the lying and manipulation to family and friends, etc, etc, so if being sober and staying sober is all I have to do stay away from the pain well that's what I'm going to keep doing. No more pain no more lies and manipulation all I do is just keep doing the next right thing

I love my life now. I love myself now more. I’m kinder to myself and others. I don’t have to hide who I am! I can sit with my emotions and work through anything. I’m healthy now. I’m closer to my family. No way I’m giving up all that!
