Sobriety Toolbox

If you had (or have?) a sobriety toolbox or first aid kit, what would be in it?:luggage:

I have the essentials in mine...safety glasses, ear plugs and duct tape.
Eye protection helps to keep me seeing clearly
Ear plugs prevent me from hearing things that aren't my business
Duct tape prevents me from speaking my opinion on matters that are none if my business

Thank you Kelly! I’m just giving back what was freely given to me. Love sobriety

A big book, I can find all the answers there. And a home group. If you don't have a home group, you don't have a home.

I think I would have pictures of people most important to me, to remind me why I’m staying sober

Hmmmmm - I got a BB but don’t have a home group  I’ll do that. So, just pick a group I can relate to most? How do you find one? Or just pick one and always go to that meeting each week? I’m not sure what to look for. Thank you!!

The meeting that you most relate to & commit to attending on a regular basis. This is where you will share those things you normally wouldn't share at other meetings. Perhaps your sponsor can help you decide upon your home group.
