This week has been challenging, with far too many difficult conversations for a Tuesday. I’m reminded of an Alan Watts quote, “Much of the secret of life consists in knowing how to laugh, and also how to breathe.”

to breathe or not to breathe, I learned an intentional box breathing technique from our therapist at work.
- 4 secs in through the nose
- hold four secs
- 4 secs out through mouth
3 - 5 sets is a great grounding exercise.

Box breathing, I love it I do it all the time. The key is to breathe in and hold the breath in your stomach!!! Not your chest. While listening to your heartbeat.
u got it man. exhale fully and leave your breath on the floor with your feet.
Ujjayi is my favorite breathing technique. It’s amazing.
I’ve never heard of that is the name Ujjayi ???
It’s a method used in Yoga. It’s sometimes called victorious breathing…or Darth Vader breathing, lol. I highly recommend.
