Was sober 18 months. Fell of the wagon and went on a year bender. Getting back on the horse is not easy, but am 4 days sober today. It's never over until you are dead . If anyone else is having a hard time today, just keep going. You are not alone

I'm doing decent. A little irritable , but have not picked up a drink. Still going strong
