What are some new or old hobbies you have picked up since getting sober?

Pickleball is the latest craze. It’s a cross between Tennis and ping pong and badminton. Courts and clinics are popping up all over because it’s pretty easy to play. It’s fun and I end up getting a good workout in when I play with my husband.

Hi Polly, I love to crochet. There are tons of tutorials online and it’s something that keeps my hands busy while I watch tv. And the steady pattern and rhythm of it helps my anxiety

Hey Polly! Picked up Yoga, Running, and backpacking. Backpacking requires a lot of planning, managing the weight of your pack to a sustainable weight, and charting a trip.

I’ve mastered making sourdough bread!! I’ve made thousands of loaves. During the pandemic I baked a few times a week and gave away so much bread!! It was a therapeutic hobby during a very difficult time.
