Hahaha!!! That's awesome! I wish I had that in me. I recently started a 30 day yoga challenge but that's the extent of my exercise abilities. Lol :see_no_evil:

Ashwaganda or Kava supplements. Making sure I eat enough, sleep enough, drinking water. Breath work or doing something with my hands.

Walking in nature, letting go and letting god, first things first, how important is it - serenity prayer all day long as needed.

Exercise, weight training weather heavy or super sets light weight and swimming laps. Both great to relieve stress and anxiety.

Gym, deep breathing excercises, coffee w friends

For me it’s just sitting still and thinking about my breathing

Any kind of positive motion.

Breathing technique. Breath in through your mouth slowly for 5 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, and then release slowly out of your nose for 5 seconds. Imagine being on the beach standing right at the edge where the water hits your feet. Learned this while being in rehab and it works great!

Google Bellaruth Naparstek Guided Medication. Download, lie down, put on your earbuds, and let her guide you through meditation. Incredibly relaxing.
