Progress not perfection
Not exactly a saying, but I heard someone recently sum up the 12 steps with six words:
Find God (higher power of your own understanding), clean house, help others.
I like simple stuff, and this helps me keep it simple.
Which I guess could be my favorite phrase: keep it simple!!!

About relapsing: when you're on a road trip and you get a flat tire, you don't turn around, go home, and start over. You change the tire, and keep going.
