Drink something nonalcoholic instead like hot chocolate, tea, coffee, water etc… I started drinking hot chocolate as a replacement and it helps.
I know how it is. I was the same, then a friend brought me to rehab. Then I was almost dead and realized I had to change

Ice cream!! Don’t pick up no matter what. You CAN do this and there is help.
Travis. Get yourself a way to be accountable. A sober guy in your area, a meeting hall or Alano that has meetings every day.

AA is great. But not In time of need. May already of drank. Tired of AA being the go to. Yep go to AA meeting you'll be fine brother.

Ownership of are actions, except we did wrong. Can't blame everyone forever. Won't help sobriety until u can own it.
I put a few days together, then relapse. Been struggling for 4 years trying to quit. I want the obsession yo leave me. I did hear on the 319 tonight that alcohol is a liar and a thief. From what my addiction has been doing to me, I relate.
Because it works. With it comes steps, sponsor, God, friends, support. No wonder people struggle so much here.
