You Don't Need God To Get/Stay Sober

Read it how you want, and listen or don't? Not sure what else to say, man

Lol “inject god.” You seem to have a very limited definition of what that is. I’d recommend you to get into some quantum physics and leave the religions alone cause you’re clearly hung up in semantics. Best of luck

I'm just trying to help. In AA and NA meetings and fellowship I usually find that suggestions are made based on people's experiences. So that is how I try to live. I make suggestions to people but I never tell them what to do. I know I am flexing my ego if I do that. I know that I am not God.

All I know is that Jesus answered my prayers and led me from addiction. I will pray for you brother.

Right.

In AA you don’t have to believe in the official God. Your understanding of a higher power can be anything, the group, the universe, the unconscious are some people have expressed a belief in as their higher power. One guy picked a parking meter!!!

Whatever blows your hair back, right? Haha

Like my original post states, you don't need god to get/stay sober. Plain and simple. And it turned into a bunch of people trying disprove my statement. I made that statement for people who don't feel comfortable at AA meetings because they don't have a religious background.

I know that you're not god too because you are right here.

I have a "very limited definition of what is"? Be specific please. God? You know what I'm speaking of, you're trying to trivialize my point to make yourself appear intelligent. I'm speaking in a particular context that I'm sure you're aware of. Quantum physics has zero to do with anything I've said .

Ok. Good work.
